“The entire cup is just clear with star-shaped halo glitter. There was glitter on the outside of the cup that I haven’t been able to find a source for since the entire cup looks intact and doesn’t appear to have any cracks, and it didn’t leak anywhere when I filled it with water. The glitter itself moves as you move the cup, and isn’t quite as full coverage as the pictures would have you believe, but I don’t think that’s a negative. It still looks very stunning.
