How does it work?

First, you tell us about yourself. What interests you? What are your style preferences? Who are you shopping for? Once we know more about you we take a look at which products you’ve viewed and liked on Apollo Box. Then, we use Collaborative Filtering. This is when we determine which products have the highest ratings, so we can be sure your Apollo Surprise Boxes are filled with products people love.

Our AI recommendation system generates dozens of potential box picks for you. But we rely on more than human intelligence. Our curation team looks at your profile, along with our high ranking products, to make the final decision on your items.

You’ll receive your curated boxes depending on the delivery plan you choose. We offer monthly or quarterly options. Once you decide on a plan and delivery date, you simply fill out your payment information and wait for your products to arrive.

How much information do you need to share?

The more information you share the better. But, the recommendation system works without too much input. For example, when the system knows you like a show like Westworld, it can guess you’re an HBO subscriber. Which means you might want to receive Game of Thrones products. Get it? How do we curate each box?

Meeting your expectations is very important in curating. Before we start, we check your order history, feedback, and notes. Then our curation tool generates lists of recommended products. After we pick the products, we fill your box with goodies for you to enjoy.

How much does it cost?

All our boxes are affordable! We work hard to give our users the best deals and the option to pick a payment plan that works for them.

• Plan 1 is a $30 monthly plan that surprises you with products with $50 of value.
• Plan 2 is a $50 monthly plan that surprises you with products with $80 of value.
• Do you want to open up your door to a box of treats every once in a while without a monthly commitment?  Plan 3 and Plan 4 are the quarterly subscriptions versions of Plan 1 and Plan 2.
